Check your order confirmation SMS for the restaurant's phone number and give them a call. Delivery times can vary during busy periods. Most restaurants will be happy to give you an update on your order status.

Contact the restaurant directly using the phone number in your order confirmation. They'll arrange to deliver the missing items or process a refund. Most restaurants want to make things right immediately.
Check that your card details are correct and that you have sufficient funds. If problems persist, try a different payment method or contact your bank. Some banks block online payments for security reasons until you authorize them.
Once your order is out for delivery, you'll receive an SMS with a tracking link. Click the link to see your driver's location in real-time on a map. You'll also get SMS updates when your order is being prepared and when it's on the way.
Once an order is confirmed by the restaurant, modifications cannot be guaranteed. Call the restaurant immediately using the number in your confirmation. If they haven't started preparing your order yet, they may be able to help.
