Account registration is handled directly by our Restaurant Partners. Choose Takeaway does not hold or store customer account data - this is a key difference from traditional third-party delivery platforms.

When you create an account to order from a restaurant, your account is created directly with the Restaurant Partner. The Restaurant Partner controls and stores your data.

3. Orders and Payments

When you place an order through Choose Takeaway, you are making an offer to purchase items from the Restaurant Partner. The Restaurant Partner reserves the right to accept or reject your order.

Payment is processed securely through the Restaurant Partner's payment system. We do not add commission fees or service charges to menu prices.

4. Food Safety and Allergies

While we encourage Restaurant Partners to provide allergen information, you are responsible for checking with the restaurant directly if you have food allergies or dietary requirements. Restaurant Partners are responsible for food preparation and safety standards.

5. Limitation of Liability

Choose Takeaway is a technology platform that facilitates direct ordering. We do not store or control customer personal data, prepare or deliver food, or set menu prices. The contract for food is directly between you and the Restaurant Partner.

6. Data Protection

Important: Choose Takeaway does not collect, store, or process customer personal data. Your personal data is provided directly to the Restaurant Partner, who is the data controller. Any data protection requests should be directed to the Restaurant Partner.
